Mr. Gankofskie joined The Cweren Law Firm as an associate attorney. Mr. Gankofskie’s primary practice at The Cweren Law Firm is in residential/commercial real estate and commercial litigation matters. He has experience in variety of Property Owner/tenant matters and has successfully and aggressively tried many forcible detainer (“eviction”) actions in Texas.

Mr. Gankofskie graduated with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Economics and Business from Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas. While at Hendrix College, Mr. Gankofskie was a member of the Hendrix College baseball team.

After graduation, Mr. Gankofskie worked in Little Rock, Arkansas as a Data Analyst for TRIO Upward Bound, a federally funded education program focused on helping underprivileged high school students prepare for and gain college entrance. During his time at TRIO, Mr. Gankofskie was tasked with federal reporting, budgeting, primary maintenance of the website, and implementation of the local chapter’s social media presence.

After working for a few years, Mr. Gankofskie returned to school and graduated with a Master of Business Administration from Meredith College in Raleigh, North Carolina. While at Meredith College, Mr. Gankofskie earned top honors on the ETS M.B.A. Field Test scoring in the 97th percentile.

Upon completion of his M.B.A., Mr. Gankofskie worked for the Mansfield Public Schools’ Food Service Department in Storrs, Connecticut as Project Manager of a State of Connecticut funded Nutrition Education Grant. As Project Manager, Mr. Gankofskie managed the organization, preparation, and implementation of the Nutrition Education Grant while performing community outreach and education.

Thereafter, Mr. Gankofskie attended The University of Texas School of Law in Austin, Texas. While in school, Mr. Gankofskie was the social chair and an active member of the Texas Business Law Society and an associate editor on both the Texas Intellectual Property Law Journal and Texas Review of Entertainment and Sports Law.

Mr. Gankofskie was raised in Storrs, Connecticut. He resides in Houston, Texas. In his free time, Mr. Gankofskie enjoys exercising and golfing with friends.
